Shipping
All orders ship from Philadelphia, PA. Orders to a location on the West Coast or in the
Midwest take usually up to 5 business days, orders to the East Coast take 1 - 3 business
days.
Regular Shipping (non holidays)
Items in stock ship next business day. We update the site daily with regards to products in
stock. If an item is listed as back-ordered, please feel free to call us to obtain an anticipated
arrival date.
Shipping charges for products are shown prior to checkout. You will also receive a
confirmation email after purchasing that shows items ordered, shipping costs and any sales
tax (if applicable).
Since UPS has increased their rates significantly since beginning of 2010, we will ship with
the US Postal Service as much as possible. This allows us to keep our shipping rates at the
current level. We will use UPS or a comparable carrier if the circumstances require it. Thank
you for understanding.
International and Some US Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/AFO/AE
addresses or locations outside of the United States, including Mexico.
Creative Toyshop makes every effort to ship your orders the same day or within 24 hours. We
cannot guarantee a delivery date, only an estimated 1-6 day delivery window. If you need
delivery by a specified date, please place your order before 12:00 noon EST Monday through
Friday, and select UPS 2 Day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship the next business day.
Please be sure to check your ship-to-address very carefully as Creative Toyshop cannot be
held responsible for items lost or not received due to an invalid or incorrect shipping
address.
